Haarige Kuh Brauerei (The Hairy Cow Brewing Co.) is an independently owned and operated craft brewery located in Interlaken, Switzerland. Inspired by the craft beer scene in the US and UK and a passion for beer, our brewery was founded in 2015. We produce a wide range of beers from IPA's to Sours, focusing on making the best beer for our customers (and us) and most importantly, quality and drinkability.

All our beers are unfiltered, unpasturised and unfined, thus maximising the flavours, aromas and texture.
